Vat Athvea

Vat Athvea

Constructed : Late 11th century
Religion : Hindu
Style : Angkor Wat
King : Suryavarman II ★ 1113 - 1150 ★
Location : On the right of the way from Siem Reap to Phnom Krom.

Comment : Quantities which designate Angkor Wat similar and west as the front it is one of the few temples. There is a position where it goes west from the middle of the way which reaches to Angkor from the port of the Phnom Krom there is a Buddhism temple of today in side. The plane surface constitution which in addition has four scripture houses around the central hall lap it is high with the wall and the basic stand section, is unusual.

At one time, it was the important temple where the visitor to the Angkor Wat which arrives stops. Have coexisted with the ruins and the Buddhism temple. The Buddhism temple very famous seems in the person of local end. Also the people whom it visits are few, can appreciate slowly.
